With over a decade of experience in education, Winston is passionate about fostering a genuine love for learning. Having taught students since his university days, he decided to start up ADA Tuition and Enrichment Hub in 2013 with a clear mission: to coach students not just academically, but holistically.
What sets Winston apart:
With a background in Engineering and early experience as an Environmental Engineer, Mahane brings strong problem-solving skills to her teaching. During her time as a mentor and as a co-form/form teacher, she taught students from diverse backgrounds a wide range of subjects including English, Math, Science, Art, and Social Studies.
She currently focuses on developing effective, student-centered lesson materials and pedagogy at the primary level. She brings a decade of teaching and curriculum design experience to ensure lessons are engaging, relevant, and aligned with MOE standards.
As a former Curriculum Resource Development Officer, Gabriel oversaw the syllabus refresh of humanities subjects, working across multiple units which included the Social Studies Primary and Secondary, Geography, History and Economics Units. During his stint as an educator, he taught Primary Math, English and Gifted Education. He has launched 2 EduTech products in the private sector.
He lends ADA his MOE curriculum development expertise, understanding the key educational landscape changes and wider thematic aims for each subject that ADA offers.
With over a decade of teaching experience, Yosef has taught Elementary and Additional Mathematics across all secondary school streams (G1, G2, and G3). His deep understanding of student learning needs allows him to adapt teaching strategies that make complex mathematical concepts clear and approachable.
He began his journey with ADA as a Mathematics Tutor, and now plays a key role in business development and operations. Drawing on both classroom and leadership experience, Yosef ensures the centre runs smoothly while exploring new opportunities to enhance ADA’s programmes and services.
Graduating with High Distinction from NUS High School of Math and Science (2024), Renee majored in Mathematics, Chemistry, and Literature, with Honours in Biology. Beyond academics, she served as President of the Journalism Club, where she honed her communication and mentorship skills. This was an experience that now informs her approach to guiding students through their academic journeys.
With a strong academic foundation, Renee specialises in developing high-quality learning resources that simplify complex concepts for students.
With strong academic results, including A grades in H2 English Literature, H1 General Paper, and H2 Mathematics, Carissa brings both linguistic strength and creative flair to her teaching. As Literature Representative and Producer for the Eunoia Literature Festival 2022, and a member of Eunoia Press, she helped foster a vibrant literary culture in school.
Her experience in curating literary content and managing large-scale events has equipped her with strong communication and editorial skills, which she now channels into making English engaging, relatable, and accessible for her students.
